Matthew Nangle “They said The.. Place Floats.. Down from the City of Bridges” my favorite lyric on the album. Birdspotter has an Acoustically mindful approach with a very consistent flow throughout this Record. My favorite song is Sunbathing in November. That track invites you in so nicely as a listener and has a blissful crescendo with nice Calming, Elavating Electronic touches & Nuances. Also dig the lyric to the end of that track. “One Window Open.. House A Mess.. Nobody Home.” Favorite track: Sunbathing in November.

Oracle 01:55
bad dream happened again it is a soft thing out in the cosmos quivering slow like you moving towards me: making me meaningful
2.
Daze 02:29
long hair on the kitchen floor. heard through cellophane: you said you'd find a way that you could feel loved, or close enough. i don't want to feel so sick of all the pretty things that teach me to behave, so am i a real boy yet? is guilt gonna pay the rent so we can go home? i had a vision of shoes forgotten by the door heard through sleepless daze: you said, "don't hesitate i'll take your pain away."
3.
Red Rover 02:41
there's a lean black cat walking through the tall grass there's a hardwood floor holding up my glass there's a sweet birthmark on the side of your face calling "red rover, come take my place, take my place." take my place.
4.
two hands clenching airport runway. two cats in the alley pointless fighting. well there's always something to get down about. do i mean well when i get angry? do i mean well when i get angry over nothing? i feel crazy? over nothing? two cats in the alley two hands clenching airport runway there's always something - so do i mean well?
5.
light stomping over the hills wicked thing october descending short extension cord connecting electric outlet to leila's heated blanket rearrange the pieces of this simple thing find it singing like air that's whistling through discarded shells of insect exoskeletons clinging to doorframes and other types of liminal surroundings inside touching outside and if you come home / it's just another type of new thing
6.
last penny in my drawer / i was waiting / i was there you stacked my pennies on your floor / i was waiting / i was there /all across your floor/ while i was gone / gone / i saw the whole thing but i was gone i was / i was / there i saw the whole thing / i was there i saw the whole thing / i was there i saw the whole thing / i was there i was there til i was gone were there petals on your face? the wind blew them away.

flew two thousand miles and i'm not tired yet. strange arms caught me in the city of bridges. construct the image: became angelic in the parking lot romance novel in the bookshop tangled hands pulled me on a nice walk. i heard a voice i remembered, i was following when i saw the river rush around us i felt a body pressed against me like the sun in the backyard ten years ago. i am learning something i am learning something i am learning something good. they say the ice floats down from the city of bridges when the spring splits the winter open.

Riverbed 03:31
twenty muddy fingers turning the soil growing a garden, darling or waiting for it to grow take me by the left hand and lead me through the brush to believe that the earth underneath our feet is respirating endlessly i make believe (i make believe, i make believe) that our domestic sort of botany is really an alchemy just mystics and holy things all becoming each other until everything is come around (everything is come around) -- stare through miles of open air breathe in, taste what it's tasting of you get the picture I'll get the keys and we'll run for the river up to our knees and we'll swim through miles of ocean foam feast on the fruits taste of your home sing praise for soil songs of what we've grown songs of what we're growing
